Magdalena

Magdalena completed her master's degree in Linguistics with a specialisation in English language and linguistics at Radboud University Nijmegen. During her studies she did an internship on Polish-English code-switching under the supervision of Professor Peter Muysken. She gained translation skills working at Newport City Council and then at a patent office in Wroclaw translating legal documentation. After two years, she decided to join the Translavic team (now ElaN Languages). She is fluent in Polish and English and also has a basic knowledge of Dutch and Italian. She spends her free time on photography, film projects and oil painting.
